Samsung Malaysia quietly listed its latest A-series 5G smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G on theirs Shopee Official Store.
It’s powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G processor which also the first to introduce in Malaysia market. It sports a 6.6-inch Infinity-U SuperAMOLED display with an on-screen fingerprint scanner. It only offers HD+ resolution display which is a bummer for a midrange standard smartphone in 2020.
It coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expands via microSD card. The Galaxy A42 features quad-rear camera setup; 48-megapixels f/1.8 aperture main camera, an 8-megapixels ultrawide, 5-megapixels macro and 5-megapixels depth sensor. There’s a 20-megapixels front selfie camera.
The 5G midrange device packed with 5,000 mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 5G is available now for RM 1,599 over at Samsung Official Store on Shopee Malaysia and comes in two colour options; Black and Grey.
