Xiaomi Announced Mi 10T series. 144Hz Display, 108MP Camera & New Snapdragon 750

Xiaomi yesterday hold a global product launch event launching 3 devices under the Mi 10T-series; Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro and Mi 10T Lite.

Mi 10T Pro

As speculated, the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro shared the same design and internal except the main camera. Both are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865, sporting a 6.67-inch AdaptiveSync 144Hz refresh rate FHD+ IPS LCD. The hole-punch on the top left corner is a 20-megapixels front camera.

On the rear are triple rear camera where the Pro gets a 108-megapixels camera sensor where the standard Mi 10T equipped with a 64-megapixels camera. Alongside is a 13-megapixels ultrawide and a 5-megapixels macro lens.

Powering the device is a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and unfortunately no wireless charging supported. The headphone jack has axed off in the Mi 10T-series. The side power button doubled as fingerprint reader.

The Mi 10T Lite is the first smartphone that uses the Qualcomm latest’s Snapdragon 750G chipset which is the successor of the Snapdragon 720G and integrated with 5G modem.

It has quite an impressive internal starting off with a 6.67-inch AdaptiveSync 120Hz refresh rate FHD+ IPS display and a 13-megapixels hole-punch front camera.

Photography wise, 64-megapixels main camera alongside with an 8-megapixels ultrawide, a 2-megapixels depth sensor and a 2-megapixels macro lens.

Keeping the lights on is a 4,820 mAh battery that also supports 33W fast charging.

The trio are 5G-capable and runs on the latest MIUI 12 based on Android 10. It also features dual-speakers with High-Res Audio certification. According to Xiaomi Malaysia, the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro is expected to launch in Malaysia on 6th October where the Mi 10T Lite will be afterwards.
