Menteri Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Hal Ehwal Pengguna / Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) has officially announced the petrol subsidy program details.

This petrol subsidy is offered to Malaysian’s low incomers and meet criteria below;

Car owners owning a 1,600 cc or below vehicle or greater than 1,600 cc vehicle that older than 10 years. As for motorcycle category, 150 cc and below or above 150 cc motorbike that older than 7 years.

The qualifier will receive RM 30/month for vehicle and RM 12/month for motorcycle. The subsidy will be credited directly to Bantuan Sara Hidup / Government’s Aid for The People (BSH) every 4th months.
