HONOR X10 5G Officially Announced – Kirin 820 & 90Hz Display with Pop-up Selfie Camera

HONOR X10 has officially launched in China yesterday. This is their first 5G smartphone under the X-series and this also means its gonna be carrying an affordable price tag.

The HONOR X10 is powered by HUAWEI Kirin 820 5G and coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The storage can be further expanded via NM card,

It features a 6.63-inch Full HD+ IPS 90Hz refresh rate display without any notch or hole-punch. Instead, it has a 16-megapixels pop-up selfie camera similar to the HONOR 9X. On the rear is triple rear camera setup; 40-megapixels RYYB main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixels ultra-wide-angle and a 2-megapixels depth sensor.

The power button doubled up as fingerprint scanner due to LCD display limitation. It packed with 4,300 mAh battery with supports of 22.5W fast charging. The HONOR X10 runs on MagicUI 3.1.1 based on Android 10.

The pricing in China;

  • HONOR X10 5G 6GB + 64GB – RMB 1,899 (~MYR 1,161)
  • HONOR X10 5G 6GB + 128GB – RMB 2,199 (~MYR 1,345)
  • HONOR X10 5G 8GB + 128GB – RMB 2,399 (~MYR 1,467)

These are a very compelling prices for a 5G smartphone. The first sale start on 26th May for China market, no words on international availability at the moment.
