Own the latest Xiaomi Mi4i? Xiaomi has started rolling out a new software update version v6.5.50 update to resolve unit heating problem & some power button issues reported by some users.

To all proud owner of Mi4i whom bought the unit, do remember to perform the update to avoid any heat damages to your beloved phone.

The update will download about 40MB size of files so you are advised to perform the update with sufficient power and in WiFi-environment to avoid over data charges.

It’s available OTA (Over The Air) now; all you need to do is to go Setting – About Phone – System Update – Check Now
