If you find Xiaomi Redmi 2 price is cheap, there’s an even cheaper version of Redmi, Redmi 2A.

The Redmi 2A is selling at the price of RMB 499, that’s equivalent of RM 299 / US$ 80 only. Don’t get hold back because of it price point.

The Redmi 2A has a 4.7-inch IPS display 720p. Powered by less-known CPU chip Leadcore L 1860C, a quad-core 1.5Ghz CPU and Mali-T628 MP2 GPU. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage with microSD card slot for storage expansion.

The back of the Redmi 2A is an 8 megapixel camera and 2 megapixel front camera. It runs on the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop (MIUI skin) out of box.
