Xiaomi unveiled its new tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 5 alongside its other AIoT products including Mi Smart Band 6 NFC, Mi Smart Projector 2 and Xiaomi Mesh System AX3000 (2-Pack).

The Xiaomi Pad 5 wasn’t that new as it was announced a few weeks ago that comes with two models, the Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro. Looks like the global market will only getting the standard Xiaomi Pad 5 for now.

It’s an 11-inch tablet with a WQHD+ resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display support Dolby Vision, HDR and Xiaomi Smart Pen that recognise 4,096 pressure sensitivity for accurate sketching and quick notes jot down. Features Quad speaker with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.

Powering this tablet is Qualcomm Snapdragon 860, 6GB of RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. Packed with a huge 8,720 mAh battery that supports 22.5W. Equipped with a 13-megapixels front camera and an 8-megapixels rear camera. It will be running on MIUI for Pad based on Android 11.

Comes in two colour options; Cosmic Gray and Pearl White. Same as the Xiaomi 11T-series smartphone, no pricing or availability announce yet.
