Xiaomi Mi Note Officially Arrives in Malaysia. Priced at RM 1,549

Xiaomi Malaysia has officially announced the arrival of its flagship device in Malaysia, Mi Note.

The Mi Note was announced earlier this year at the global event. The Mi Note was one of the 2 flagship device announced on the event aside the Mi Note Pro.

Mi Note sport a 5.7-inch Full HD IPS display, powered with last year flagship SoC, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801, 32-bits 2.5GHz quad-core processor and paired with 3GB of LPDDR3.

It was one of the early smartphone that uses glasses on front and back sandwiched light aluminium frame. On the rear is packed with 13 megapixel SONY IMX 214 2nd gen camera that featured OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation), dual tone LED flash for more natural lighting. As for the selfie camera, it come with a 4MP “UltraPixel” sensor that similar to HTC M9+

Xiaomi has it own “Sunlight Display” technology that able to adjust the display’s contrast under different lighting condition without boosting up the backlight with better energy efficiency.

Mi Note also features dedicated audio chipset that can have up to 24bit/192kHz lossless playback.

It will be available in Malaysia starting next week, 28th July 2015 thru online flash sales and priced at RM 1,549. Mi Note will also made available with partnership with the local telco such as DiGi, Celcom and U Mobile a week after the first flash sales.
