A short video was shared on Weibo that may be the new Xiaomi flagship smartphone, Mi 5. The white Mi smartphone was placed in a wooden dock and get to see the phone in action including launching the browser.

The Mi 5 is expected to have model, Mi 5 and Mi 5 Plus. Both of the Mi 5 is expected to powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and paired with 4GB of RAM. The different are the screen size and battery capacity, Mi 5 expected to feature 5.2-inch Full HD where by the Plus get 5.7-inch QHD.

Camera wise, it get a 16 megapixel main camera with dual-tone LED flash and an 8 megapixel front facing camera.

A home button was spotted and expected it to have fingerprint sensor built-in beneath it. Besides that, there have also been press renders that shows the Mi 5 available in 4 different colors; Gold, Black, White and Pink (Could be Rose Gold)

No others details was mentioned, the Mi 5 is expected to price at RMB 1,999 (about RM 1,333) and Mi 5 Plus RMB 2,499 (RM 1,666)
