The Redmi Note 9-series global version was unveiled last month will be reaching to Malaysia shore by next week. Xiaomi Malaysia has confirmed the launch date of the Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro on the 11th May 2020.

Due to the current situation, the event will be taking place on online which is on Xiaomi Malaysia Facebook page.

Here’s a recap of the specification on both devices;

Redmi Note 9 Pro sporting a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ resolution display. It powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G and coupled up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. It equipped with 64-megapixels quad rear camera setup and packed with 5,020 mAh battery and supports fast charging up to 30W.

As for the Redmi Note 9, it’s a more budget-friendly and even lower-end comparing it to the already launched Redmi Note 9S. It powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC coupled up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. It has a smaller display at 6.53-inch Full HD+ IPS and featured a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Redmi Note 9 equipped with 48-megapixels quad-rear camera setup and packed 5,020 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.

Not sure the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite will be unveiled along with the Redmi Note 9-series and we shall find out soon.
