Redmi has launched its first smart TV, Redmi TV. It sized at 70-inch with UHD resolutions and supports HDR. It has a quad-core 64-bit Amlogic chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage. It runs on PatchWall UI based on Android. It also comes dual-band 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.2
Connectivities wise, 2x USB ports and 3x HDMI ports. The Redmi TV can be wall-mounted or placed on a table with the provided stand.
Currently, it will only be available in China at RMB 3,799 (~RM 2,242) starting the 3rd of September. It will be coming to India market very soon.
