Look like the successor of Xiaomi Mi 1A will be unveiled very soon, Mi 2A. It will be sharing the same hardware with Mi 6X that announced in April 2018 for China market. The different Mi 2A is for Global market and runs on pure Android by AndroidOne operating system.

The Mi A2 is expected to be launched on the 25th July 2018 at Madrid, Spain. Since 6X is A2, the hardware should be the identical or maybe same; Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB onboard storage without memory card expansion.

Camera capabilities are a dual rear camera; 12-megapixel plus 20-megapixel camera sensor and an 20-megapixels f/1.8 aperture selfie camera.

It sports a 5.99-inch LTPS IPS display with 1,080 x 2,160 resolutions which translated to 18:9 ratio display and 403 ppi density. To keep the lights on is a 3,010 mAh battery and charge via USB Type-C.
