Xiaomi aside announced their new flagship, Mi 5, they also unveiled another smartphone within China that powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC, Mi 4S. It does look like an uplifted model of the Mi 4i with improved hardware.
The Mi 4S has some serious built by using metal and glass like the Mi Note Pro and feature fingerprint sensor on the rear. It sport a 5-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla glass protection.
Mi 4S that uses 2015’s flagship processor is mated with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and has 64GB eMMC 5.0 internal storage. 64GB not enough? Don’t worry, Mi 4S support microSD card.
Camera wise, it packed with 13 megapixels PDAF with f/2.0 lens rear camera and also a 5 megapixels front facing camera with f/2.0 wide angle lens for better group or selfie photo taking.
The Mi 4S has an infra red remote module that allows you to control your house remote home appliances.
It packed with 3,260 mAh battery and comes with USB Type-C that support Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.
The new Mi 4S is priced at RMB 1,699 (approx RM 1,099) and will be available to pre-order only in China on 1st March 2016. It did not mentioned to be released out of China.
