Vivo Announced Vivo X7 & X7 Plus. Basically It’s An iPhone Body That Run on Android

Vivo has officially unveiled it latest smartphone Vivo X7 and X7 Plus that replaced the Vivo X6 and X6 Plus. This round Vivo has revamped the design that look very familiar to our eye.

Vivo has decided to drop out MediaTek SoC and uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC on both model. It also get 4GB of RAM and an onboard storage of 64GB. The only different between two is the standard X7 get a smaller 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display where the Plus get the 5.7-inch Full HD AMOLED display.

On the rear, X7 get the 13 megapixel f/2.2 aperture lens camera with PDAF and single LED flash; whereby the X7 Plus treated with a 16 megapixel SONY IMX298 sensor camera with PDAF and single LED flash. As for the selfie camera, it get 16 megapixel f/2.0 aperture lens.

The X7 and X7 Plus are dual SIM enabled and runs on FunTouch 2.5.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Fingerprint reader is feature on top of the home button and has a dedicated AK4376 32-bit DAC sound chip.

To keep the lights on, X7 is packed with 3,000 mAh battery, while the X7 Plus get a 4,000 mAh battery. The Vivo X7 will be available in China on 7th July and priced at RMB 2,498 (about RM 1,499) as for the X7 Plus will only go on sales 8 days later on 15th July and the price will announce only then. There gonna be two color options; Gold and Rose Gold.
