Samsung Galaxy A51 & A71 Unveiled. Infinity-O Display & Macro Lens

Samsung has officially announced the Samsung Galaxy A51 and A71 which are the successor of the Galaxy A50 and A70.

Samsung Galaxy A51

The new Samsung Galaxy A51 is now powered by a slight updated Samsung Exynos 9611 SoC over Exynos 9610 that found on the Galaxy A50. It comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB onboard storage.

It has a pretty new camera position that featuring Samsung 48-megapixel GW1 alongside with a 12-megapixels ultra-wide, 5-megapixels depth sensor and a dedicated 5-megapixels macro camera. The centre located Infinity-O notch is a 32-megapixels camera.

It sports a slightly bigger 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It packed with 4,000 mAh battery that supports Samsung Fast Charge at 15W.

It will go on in Vietnam on 27th December 2019 for 7,990,000 Vietnamese Dong which translated to around MYR 1,419. It will be available in 4 colour options; Prism Crush Pink, Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush White and Prism Crush Blue.

Samsung Galaxy A71

The Samsung Galaxy A71 is powered by a more powerful Snapdragon 730 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage.

It sports a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ resolution display with an Infinity-O notch just like the Galaxy A51 and Note10.

The Galaxy A71 has a similar camera setup with the Galaxy A51 but with a higher megapixels main camera sensor at 64-megapixels, a 12-megapixels ultra-wide, 5-megapixels depth sensor and a dedicated 5-megapixels macro camera. It packed with 4,500 mAh battery.

Samsung has yet confirmed the launch date of the Galaxy A71 nor the pricing. All we know that both of the Samsung Galaxy A51 and A71 will be running on the latest Samsung OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10 out-of-the-box.
