Clam-shell smartphone was a trend during the Moto V’s era. Most of the manufacturers ditch the design due to limited screen size and thick profile.
Samsung has brought back the flip phone’s memories by unveiled Samsung W2016 in China. The device is packed with serious hardware and packed in a metal chassis and glasses.
It features two displays, one on the outer shell and one inside. Both are having 3.9-inch WXGA (1,280 x 768) Super AMOLED display technology.
Under the hood, it’s powered by Samsung’s flagship processor, Exynos 7420 coupled with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
It gets a 13 megapixels rear shooter and an 5 megapixels front facing camera. It only packed with a 2,000mAh battery yet it supported fast charging and able to perform a complete full charge in an hour.
The Samsung W2016 is only available in China and price was not mentioned. If you are in China, you may purchase the smartphone by walk-in to their appointed Samsung’s store.
