Samsung Announced New Galaxy A7, Featuring Triple Rear Cameras

Samsung Electronics co. Ltd. today announced the Galaxy A7 (2018) which the company first smartphone that features a triple rear camera.

The triple camera system that Galaxy A7 has is different comparing to the HUAWEI P20 Pro where the third camera shoot in 120-degree ultra wide similar to the ASUS ZenFone smartphones.

Here are brief specifications of the new Galaxy A7 (2018)

The main highlight obviously are on the cameras. It equipped with 24-megapixels main rear and selfie cameras, as for the secondary 5-megapixels works as a depth sensor. This also the first device from Samsung to adopt such high resolutions front facing camera.

Internal is Samsung Exynos Octa-core 2.2GHz SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB onboard storage that can be further expands up to 512GB via microSD card.

The 6-inch Super AMOLED display has a resolution of 2,220 x 1,080 without a notch. To keep the lights on is a 3,300 mAh battery that supports Fast Adapt Charge via USB Type-C.

Dedicated Bixby button and fingerprint scanner were nowhere to be seen on the device. But according to the Samsung press release, the Bixby is present alongside with Samsung Pay (NFC & MST) & Samsung Health on the Galaxy A7 (2018).

The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) comes four colors, Blue, Pink, Gold and Black.
