The Korea giant company, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., announced its latest flagship processor, the Exynos 9-series, 9820 that equipped dual NPU with setup 2+2+4 cores based on FinFET 8nm process.
It features a fourth-generation custom CPU, 2.0Gbps LTE Advance Pro mode and Mali-G76 MP12 GPU. According to Samsung, the new SoC brings around 20% improvement in single core performance, 15% in multi-core and 40% in power efficiency comparing it to Exynos 9810. The graphics performance boost up by to up 40% and 35% power saving.
The Exynos 9820 will supports video recording up to 8K at 30fps and expect to be equipped on coming flagship phone, Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note10.
