realme Malaysia has officially launched its first device equipped with a 108-megapixels camera, the realme 8 Pro.

It’s a mid-range device powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The realme 8 Pro sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate but offers a 180Hz touch-sampling. It packed with a 4,500 mAh battery and supports 50W SuperDart charge, a 65W standard adapter were bundled along in the box for other fast charging usages on a wider range of devices.

The main highlight of course is the 108-megapixels camera that adopted the third generation of Samsung ISOCELL HM2 with 1/1.53-inch sensor size. There are few smart features with this camera including Smart-ISO, Super Nightscape Model, 3x In-Sensor Zoom, Tilt-shift Mode, Neon Portrait and also Starry Mode. realme also introduced World’s First Starry Time-lapse video that take 16 photos every 15s for 4 minutes than combine into a final video.

The realme 8 Pro is priced at RM 1,299 and comes in two colour options; Infinite Blue and Infinite Black. It’s available for pre-order at realme Brand Stores and all authorised dealers from now till 30th April 2021. There’s a pre-order gift box and 1-year extended warranty.
