POCO F4 & POCO X4 GT Announced – Flagship-tier with Friendly Price Tag

POCO today announced the global launch of the POCO F4 and POCO X4 GT, one of Malaysian favorite budget-friendly flagship tier smartphones.

POCO F4 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 an 7nm processor with 5G support. It features flagship-level LPDDR5 memory and speedy UFS 3.1 storage.

Boasts a 6.67″ E4 AMOLED DotDisplay with a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch-sampling. Paired with a stereo dual-speaker tuned by Dolby Atmos.

Equipped with a 64-megapixels primary camera which now features Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), alongside an 8-megapixels ultrawide and a 2-megapixels macro lens.

Packed with a 4,500 mAh battery supporting 67W turbo charging which takes only 38 minutes to fully charge a flat POCO F4 to 100%.

Coming to POCO X4 GT, it gets a more dated MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chip based on TSMC 5nm process and features 5G. Paired with the latest LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.1 storage technology. Keeping the lights on is a 5,080 mAh battery with 67W turbo charging.

It gets a 6.6-inch 20.5:9 LCD display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Sports the same triple rear camera setup as the POCO F4 just without the OIS.

POCO F4

The POCO F4 comes in three colors; Moonlight Silver, Night Black, and Nebula. It will be available in Malaysia from 27th June and come in two configurations; 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. Priced at RM 1,599 and RM 1,699 respectively.

POCO X4 GT

As for the POCO X4 GT, it will be offered in three color options as well; Black, Blue, and Silver. Available from 30th June and comes in two variants; 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB which will be going for RM 1,499 and RM 1,599 respectively.

The POCO F4 will start selling exclusively through Shopee Malaysia and the POCO X4 GT will be only available exclusively from Lazada Malaysia.

For a limited time, both devices will be getting a RM 100 discount for early birds and it’s while stocks last.
