POCO, the subsidiary company of Xiaomi has announced its 2022’s flagship smartphone, the POCO F4 GT which carries the most affordable price tag for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered device.
The full-fledged flagship is cooled down by LiquidCool Technology 3.0 with a 4,860mm² dual VC cooling system, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 of memory and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Equipped with a flat 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 10-bit TrueColor display. It also features a 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch-sampling which offers a buttery smooth scrolling and of course seamless gaming experience. POCO F4 GT’s display has set and matched 15 display performance records from DisplayMate and is rated as A+ screen.
Because this is a “Gaming-centric” device, it gets magnetic triggers pop-up that is found on BlackShark gaming smartphones. The 4,700 mAh battery can be fully charged in 17 minutes with the support of POCO’s first 120W HyperCharge. It also features AdaptiveCharge which can improve the battery’s lifespan by preventing the battery from overcharging in the critical 80% to 100% charge range throughout the night.
Equipped with 64MP SONY IMX686 f/1.9 aperture lens main camera, an 8-megapixels f/2.2 ultrawide, and a 2-megapixels macro lens. It gets a 20-megapixels SONY IMX596 front camera.
The POCO F4 GT comes in three colors: Stealth Black, Knight Silver, and Cyber Yellow. It will be available from 28th April 2022 and comes in two configurations; 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB with MSRP of RM 2,299 and RM 2,499 respectively. For a limited time from 28th April, POCO F4 GT will be offered at only RM 1,999 and RM 2,199.
