April fool is another 6 more months to go! Pepsi is going to launch its own brand of Android smartphone in China.

The news was kinna confirmed by Pepsi’s Weibo mentioning that they are bring more surprise to everyone on next Tuesday.

 

The rumor Pepsi smartphone with code name Pepsi P1 has a very much similar design with Huawei all-metal unibody design and a fingerprint rear on the back.

The speculate specifications of the device is powered with MediaTek MTK6592 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, 5.5-inch Full HD display, 13 Megapixel rear camera, 5 Megapixel front facing camera, 3,000mAh battery to keep the light on.

It will be running on Android 5.1 Lollipop and has dual SIM card with dual standby.

The expected price of Pepsi P1 is RMB 1,299 (which cost about RM 859)
