OPPO Malaysia has officially launched their newest addition to the Reno series; the OPPO Reno7 5G and OPPO Reno 7 Pro 5G. The Portrait Expert centric smartphones are capable to capture DSLR-like portraits through features like Portrait Mode, Bokeh Flare Portrait Video and more.

The vanilla Reno7 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM LPDDR4Xand 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. As for the Reno7 Pro is powered by a more powerful chip; MediaTek Dimensity 1200 MAX and coupled with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Both features RAM Expansion technology which allows to swap up to 5GB of unused storage to RAM.

Sporting a 6.4-inch and 6.5-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display and 180Hz touch-sampling on the Reno7 5G and Reno7 Pro 5G respectively

The duo is packed with a 4,500 mAh battery and supports fast 65W SuperVOOC Flash Charging that enabled the device to be charged to 100% in just 31 minutes.

OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G is comprising a 50-megapixels SONY IMX766 sensor, alongside an 8-megapixels ultrawide and a macro lens. The Reno7 5G has a similar camera setup except for the main camera, a 64-megapixels camera setup. Both feature the same 32-megapixels front camera. The Pro variant is powered by a more advanced SONY IMX706 that is able to capture 60% more light than a standard RGGB sensor while reducing noise by up to 35%.

The all-new ColorOS offers a smart, efficient, smooth and strengthened privacy Operating System experience. OPPO also introduced a new feature; PC Connect which offers more convenient ways to work between multiple devices by seamlessly connecting Reno7 Series 5G to a PC. Once connected, files, notifications and more can be controlled between the two devices with ease.
