Today OPPO Malaysia has officially launched OPPO Care nationwide.
The new OPPO Care is an additional protection plan that covers ranging from drop damage to water damage within the 12 months warranty period. You can purchase the OPPO Care service at RM68 for new OPPO devices below RM 1,200 and RM98 for new OPPO devices above RM 1,200.
Upon registration, customers will be enjoying OPPO Care free repair service if the repair costs incurred (determined by OPPO) does not exceed 85% of the original price of the smartphone. Customers will need to bear the price difference if the repair costs incurred exceed 85% of the phone price. The OPPO Care service can only be used once and it is terminated after the service is completed.
Every new OPPO device is allowed to purchase one OPPO Care only. In case that the smartphone registered with OPPO Care had been replaced by a new one, OPPO Care will bound the newly replaced smartphone by IMEI code.
To claim the OPPO Care is very simple, firstly contact OPPO Customer Service Center along with the devices, receipt warranty card and OPPO Care Card within 72 hours to receive repair service that would normally costs a few hundred ringgit.
All OPPO smartphone users may sign up for OPPO Care directly from any OPPO concept stores when you may the purchase of the smartphone or bring along your device, warranty card and receipt within 15 days from the date of purchase.
