[OFFICIAL] Pocophone X2 – Mid-range Budget Gaming Phone

Pocophone has just introduced its latest smartphone, Poco X2 that what we already speculated, the Xiaomi Redmi K30 with Poco branding. It specs just like the Redmi K30 with a high refresh rate of 120Hz display on a 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G with the support of Adreno 618 and LiquidCool Technology. It paired up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 onboard storage.

Camera-wise is SONY latest IMC686 64-megapixels f/1.89 aperture lens main sensor, an 8-megapixels f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle, 2-megapixels f/2.4 depth sensor and a dedicated 2-megapixels macro lens. It has a dual hole-punch notch on the top-right display that houses a 20-megapixels main sensor and a 2-megapixels depth sensor. The main camera is capable to shoot 4K and up to 960fps ultra slow-motion video.

Due to use of IPS display, there’s no in-display fingerprint scanner instead it mounted beneath the side power button. Battery department is a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging and features IR blaster similar to other Xiaomi devices.

The Poco X2 comes in three colours; Matrix Purple, Phoenix Red and Atlantis Blue. The starting price for the base model 6GB + 64GB is INR 15,999 (~MYR 924) and goes up to 8GB + 256GB at INR 19,999 (~MYR 1,155)
