[OFFICIAL] honor Magic 2 – Kirin 980, 6 Cameras, 40W Super Fast Charge & Slider Mechanics Design

honor China has just unveiled their latest flagship, Magic 2. The manual sliding mechanics design seems like a trend now after the Mi MIX 3 unveiled and follow by later to announce Lenovo Z5 Pro.

The new honor Magic 2 has notch-less 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and powered by HUAWEI’s latest HiSilicon Kirin 980. It packed up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

It equipped with a triple rear camera setup and triple front cameras. Making it’s the first smartphone to pack with 6 cameras. The rear camera consists of a dual 16-megapixels wide and ultra wide assisted by a 24-megapixels monochrome sensor.

As for the front camera setup, it has a 16-megapixels plus dual 2megapixels cameras that work as a depth sensor and data collector. All the cameras are hidden behind the slider display.

To keep the lights on is a 3,500 mAh battery and this is the first device by honor to feature HUAWEI SuperCharge that support up to 40W via USB Type-C.

The honor Magic 2 available in China for pre-order tomorrow 10.08am and its comes in three colors; Blue, Pink and Gray.

Prices wise;

• 6GB + 128GB = RMB 3,799 (about RM 2,282)
• 8GB + 128GB = RMB 4,299 (about RM 2,582)
• 8GB + 256GB = RMB 4,799 (about RM 2,882)
