Samsung has just unveiled it first circular display smartwatch that powered with Tizen OS. The minimalist design smartwatch has a new break-through of supporting not only Samsung smartphone. It support any Android smartphone with at least 1.5GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4 and above.

The bezel of Gear S2 can be turn to navigate the screen instead just touch-and-swipe like Android Wear does. It still a touchscreen where you can swipe and on the side placed two buttons “home” and “back”

Behind the watch is a heart-rate sensor and the watch charge wirelessly by placing it on a wireless charging dock like Moto 360.

It has a 1.2″ Full Circular sAMOLED display with 360 x 360 resolution. Powered with Samsung Exynos 3250 SoC, 512MB of RAM, 4GB on board storage, 250mAh battery and IP68 dustproot & waterproof rating.

There will be a 3G version that uses eSIM that has larger battery, 300mAh and wider body of 44mm.
