Huawei Sold 48.2 Million Smartphones on First Half 2015, Surpassed Xiaomi


Huawei has just announced that it sold 48.2 million smartphones in the first six months of 2015. That’s an increase of 39% from the same period last year.

The growth of sales was also contributed not only in China, the shipments to out of China has doubled up. The number has outpaced Xiaomi that sold 34.7 million smartphone in first half of 2015.

This make Huawei probably the third world’s larger smartphone maker after Apple and Samsung.

Huawei are expecting to sell 100 million smartphone by year end and it may have a leap when Huawei introduced it first Nexus phone this year and got it set sight in the US.
