HUAWEI Malaysia has officially announced its HUAWEI MateBook X Pro for Malaysia market. It was announced during the HUAWEI Consumer Business Product and Strategy Virtual Launch in late February.

The new HUAWEI MateBook X Pro is actually an upgrade from its predecessor with updated hardware.

The MateBook X Pro is the company’s flagship notebook that made for jet-setting business user and professional content creators. It’s also World’s First Ultra FullView Display notebook that has over 91% screen-to-body-ratio. The 13.9-inch LTPS touch-display which protected with Corning Gorilla Glas has 3,000 x 2,000 resolutions that support 10-point multi-touch and Fingers Gesture Screenshot.

Internal, the MateBook X Pro received an updated Intel Core i7 10th Generation process and mated with Nvidia GeForce MX250 with 2GB GDDR5. Currently, Malaysia is only bringing the top-tier variants, Intel Core i7-10510U with 16GB of RAM and speedy 1-Terabyte PCIe/NVMe SSD storage.

The lightweight 1.33kg ultrabook is packed with 56Wh battery and a HUAWEI USB Type-C power adapter that output up to 65W. The power button doubled as fingerprint power button and comes with 3 USB ports (2x USB Type-C and 1x USB Type-A) and also a 3.5mm stereo headset audio jack.

The HUAWEI MateBook X Pro comes in two colour options; Space Grey and Emerald Green (to come in later). The retail price of the MateBook X Pro is RM 7,999 and the first sale start on 16th May 2020 over at HUAWEI Official Online Store. There are over RM 1,936 free gift for those who purchased the MateBook X Pro which consists of HUAWEI Sound X, HUAWEI Bluetooth Mouse, HUAWEI Backpack and HUAWEI Band 4.
