The new flagship by Huawei, Mate 8 will be available in Malaysia this month and the actual prices may have revealed ahead the launch later today, thanks to one of the Malaysia’s local importer Greenfone Gadget.

The Huawei Mate 8 will be priced at RM 1,999 for 3GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage variant and an extra RM 300, RM 2,299 to get 4GB of RAM with 64GB of onboard storage.

Mate 8 is powered by Huawei Silicon Kirin 950 Octa-core processor and feature full aluminium unibody. It sports a large 6-inch Full HD display with a very narrow bezel allowing it to achieve 83% screen-to-body ratio.

It packed with an enormous 4,000 mAh battery that support quick charging and Huawei claimed it can have 2 days battery life on normal usage.
