HUAWEI Malaysia Launching HUAWEI nova 7i on 14th February: Kirin 810 and 48-megapixels Quad Camera

HUAWEI Malaysia has just confirmed the release of the HUAWEI nova 7i on the 14th February 2020.

The HUAWEI nova 7i is the first HUAWEI’s smartphone that powered by a 7nm Kirin 810 processor that sell in Malaysia. It’s a mid-range SoC that received a very good response and performance benchmark in China.

The nova 7i sports a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution with a hole-punch notch on the top left that houses a 16-megapixels f/2.0 aperture lens. It coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can further expand via NM card from HUAWEI.

It equipped with quad-camera setup and the main camera sensor is a 48-megapixels f/1.8, an 8-megapixels ultra-wide-angle, a 2-megapixels depth sensor and a dedicated 2-megapixels macro lens. Due to IPS display limitation, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Juicing the device is a 4,500 mAh battery that supports HUAWEI 40W SuperCharge via USB Type-C.

Due to the trade-war ban from the US government, we could be foreseeing the nova 7i will be shipped without Google Mobile Services similar to the HUAWEI Mate30-series.

The official price and bundle deals will be revealed with the date is near. The nova 7i need to be priced under RM 1,300 as the nova 5T with flagship Kirin 980 is now only offered for RM 1,399.
