During the official launch of the Huawei Mate 8 two days ago, Huawei Malaysia did brought up some others smart devices along with the Mate 8.

Huawei MediaPad M2 10.0

The new tablet that Huawei announced was a bigger version of the MediaPad M2 8.0 sharing almost same hardware only different on the screen size.

The Huawei MediaPad M2 10.0 is powered by Kirin 930 processor and with either 2GB or 3GB of RAM. It also comes with a choice of onboard storage either 16GB or 64GB and can still expand it further with microSD card slot.

From the model name, this is a 10-inch tablet and have screen resolution of WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200). It feature the same unibody metal back design like the M2 8.0.

MediaPad M2 10.0 comes with a fingerprint scanner on the home button like Samsung which you required to press only scan. This is a perfect multimedia tablet as it has a total of four speakers and enhanced by Harmon Kardon.

There’s also a stylus come along with the tablet and Huawei called it the M-Pen. It has a 2,048 levels of pressure sensitivity which you can found on the Microsoft Surface Pro. The M-Pen has two buttons on the side for selection and eraser.

Although it’s a tablet, it packed with a quite decent 13 Megapixels f/2.0 rear camera with LED flash and also a 5 Megapixels front shooter.

To keep the lights on, it comes comes with a 6,600 mAh battery and weight at only 500 grams.

– Silver: 2GB of RAM + 16GB onboard storage, LTE + WiFi + M-Pen – RM 1,599
– Gold: 3GB of RAM + 64GB onboard storage, WiFi + M-Pen – RM 1,699
– Gold: 3GB of RAM + 64GB onboard storage, LTE + M-Pen – RM 1,999

All variants will be available late April 2016.

Huawei Watch For Ladies

Huawei also announced two Huawei Watch specially for ladies, Huawei Watch Elegant & Huawei Watch Jewel.

The new smartwatch is the same with the current Huawei Watch by added crystal and premium touch. Both sports a circular 1.4-inch OLED with 400 x 400 resolution, protected with sapphire glass.

The Elegant come with rose gold plated case and the Jewel model adds Swarovski Zirconia crystal. The Android Wear powered smartwatch compatible with Android and iOS device and will be made available in late April 2016.

The Huawei Watch Elegant is priced at RM 1,999 and the Huawei Watch Jewel is RM 300 more by RM 2,299.
