HONOR V30/V30 Pro Unveiled – Kirin 990 5G, Triangle Triple Camera Bump & Dual Hole-punch Notch

HONOR China has officially launched its latest flagship V-series, HONOR V30 and HONOR V30 Pro. Both have very similar specs and design including 6.57-inch LTPS IPS Full HD+ resolution display and powered by HUAWEI Kirin 990 with 5G modem chip. On the rear are a triangle shape triple rear camera bump and a dual hole-punch notch on the display. The dual hole-punch consists of two camera modules; a 32-megapixels shooter and an 8-megapixels ultra-wide.

HONOR V30 has RAM up to 8GB and 128GB onboard storage. It equipped with 40-megapixels f/1.8 main camera alongside with an 8-megapixels ultra-wide and an 8-megapixels telephoto. It packed with 4,200 mAh battery and supports HUAWEI Quick Charge at 40W.

The HONOR V30 Pro has better rear camera setup; 40-megapixels f/1.6 main sensor, 12-megapixels ultra-wide and an 8-megapixels telephoto. The RAM and storage configuration goes up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage. To keep the lights on is a 4,100 mAh battery and supports HUAWEI Quick Charge at 40W.

Both of the devices supports 5G and has fingerprint scanner mounted on the side power button.

Both HONOR V30 and V30 Pro will be available in China market with the starting price at RMB 3,299 (~MYR 1,957) and RMB 3,899 (~MYR 2,313) respectively. No words that it will be made available out of China at the moment.
