HONOR announced their latest flagship V series yesterday in China. The HONOR V20 or View20 in the global market has its first hole-punch circular front camera houses a 25-megapixels sensor.

Under the hood is HUAWEI’s most powerful HiSilicon Kirin 980 that found on the HUAWEI Mate20 series. The V20 sports a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolutions. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage.

Cameras are the highlight of this device. The main rear camera is a 0.5-inch 48-megapixels SONY IMX586 camera sensor alongside with TOF (Time of Flight) 3D camera for AR (Augment Reality). The rear camera is capable to shoot slow-mo up to 960fps.

The HONOR V20 / View20 is packed with 4,000 mAh battery and support SuperFlash Charge 22.5W (4.5V/5A) via USB Type-C.

In China, the HONOR V20 is offered with three color options; Red, Black and Blue. It comes with three configuration;

• 6GB + 128GB – RMB 2,999 (about RM 1,817)
• 8GB + 128GB – RMB 3,299 (about RM 1,999)
• 8GB + 256GB (Moschino Edition) – RMB 3,999 (RM 2,423)

There will be a global launch event tat scheduled in Paris, France on 22nd January 2019. HONOR Malaysia also confirmed that the HONOR View20 will be available in January and likely will be after the official launch.
