As part of HONOR’s 5th Anniversary, HONOR Malaysia announced a two-year warranty offers for purchases of HONOR View20 HONOR 20, HONOR 20 Lite and soon to be launched HONOR 20 Pro. For any purchase starting today, 22nd July to 30th September is entitled to have an additional one year warranty and can be redeemed via HiCare app that pre-install on the device.

To redeem the offers;

Step 1: Launch the HiCare app on your HONOR device and click on the “Extended Warranty Plan” banner at the top of the screen
Step 2: Update HiCare version as prompted by the system
Step 3: ID is required to redeem the Extended Warranty Plan. Thus register an account via the app
Step 4: Click on “Click Here Now” to redeem your Extended Warranty Plan. Customer shall claim this entitlement for the said extended warranty within 7 days from purchase
Step 5: Application to confirm Extended Warranty Plan redeemed successfully.
