HONOR 9X Lite Coming Soon To Malaysia and It Comes with Google Mobile Services

HONOR Malaysia teased that they will be releasing an entry-level smartphone featuring 48-megapixels camera and supports Google Mobile Services that announced last month in Finland.

HONOR with Google Mobile Service? But how? The excuse was rather simple as the device uses the dated Kirin 710 chipset which was approved for Google services. So could we be seeing HUAWEI follow-suit by introducing HUAWEI P/Mate series that powered by Kirin 980? Probably YES!

So back to the HONOR 9X Lite, it’s actually like a re-release of the HONOR 8X. It features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a notch that houses a 16-megapixels front camera. The HONOR 9X is mated with a 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage, and there’s a room for a microSD card.

On the rear, it has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and dual camera setup; consists of a 48-megapixels main camera and a 2-megapixels depth sensor.

The HONOR 9X Lite is offered in two colours; Black and Green with the official price in Northern European country of EUR 199 (~MYR 934). The launch will be taking place very soon in Malaysia and we do expect a much lower price point since the HONOR 9X Pro is offered sub RM 1,000.
