AnTuTu is no longer an unfamiliar benchmark app for mobile devices. AnTuTu has just released a report showing the top 10 smartphone SoC performance to date.

Overall performance comparison, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 positioned at the top beat the Apple A9 chip and follow by Samsung Exynos 8890 that current can only be found on Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge. Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 is the most used  SoC by flagship device in this year like the Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 edge (US only), Xperia X Performance, Vivo Xplay 5 Pro & Xiaomi Mi 5.

The Huawei Kirin 950 came forth  which placed quite far away from Exynos 8890. The new mid range SoC from Qualcomm (Snapdragon 650 & 652) are doing quite well and come very close with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and even beat the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808.

The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 and 652 will be made available on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, SONY Xperia X, Samsung Galaxy A9 and Vivo Xplay 5.

Aside that AnTuTu also comparison of GPU performance where no surprise to spot Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and follow by the Apple A9. It seem that MediaTek were nowhere to be found in the top 10 list.

All the scores that published by AnTuTu may not be the same as real-world benchmark tests as it may have differ configuration of the devices.
