Google Announced Google Pixel 3 & 3 XL

Today Google has announced their new Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL phones in New York City.

The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL does look resembling with the last year model but this round Google has ditched the matte effect metal on the rear case and replaced it with all glass to make way for Wireless Charging.

The Pixel 3 XL joined the notch display bandwagon sporting a 6.3-inch QHD+ resolution display. The smaller Pixel 3 get slimmer bezels and choose a more conventional notch-less 5.5-inch display Full HD+ resolution. Both use OLED display panel with HRD enabled and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 4GB of RAM and storage options of 64GB or 128GB.

To date, Google still opts to have a single rear camera that ousted a lot dual camera that can do. Both  Pixel 3 equipped with a new 12.2-megapixel sensor and f/1.8 aperture lens. Instead, the Pixel 3 gets dual 8-megapixel front selfie camera that works individually as one of the lens has a 107-degree wide angle for better group selfie-taking.

Pixel 3 XL is packed with 3,340 mAh battery where the Pixel 3 get 2,915 mAh battery. It can be charged via USB Type-C or optional Pixel Stand Qi Wireless charger for additional US$79.

The duos are available for pre-order now in US and Singapore starting today. It comes with three color options Just Black, Clearly White and Not Pink. The starting price for Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL are US$ 799 or SG$ 1,249 and US$ 899 or SG$ 1,399 respectively.
