Cyanogen OS 12.1 Based Android 5.1.1 Rolled Out For OnePlus One and Other Device Soon

OnePlus One runs on CyanogenMod OS devices has started receiving OTA updates to CyanogenMod 12.1 that runs based on Android 5.1.1 and will be coming soon to others devices like Andromax Q, Yureka, Yureka Plus and Yuphoria.

The new updates focus on improving stability and performance across the board.

What’s new in CyanogenMod 12.1:

Smarter Screen: LiveDisplay intelligently adjust your screen based on environmental conditions. This also enhances your performance and battery life.

New Cyanogeen Browser: This is something new . The new browser bring faster page loads, improved security and overall better memory management and performance. Cyanogen Browser promise 1.2x better than Chrome in top priority benchmarks, 1.7 faster page load benchmarks, 1.2x better in power efficiency.

Calendar Integration with Email: Powered with Boxer that bring improved calendar integration creates a seamless experience between email accounts and calendar.

Launcher Redesign Improvements: A new and refreshed UI for folders and app drawer streamlines the user experience by focusing on one-handed-use. Search what you what much faster with new redesigned UI.

AudioFX UI Updated: New clean design and straightforward UI and provide 24-bit High-Res Lossless Audio and 13 preset configurations. This helps audiophiles get the best possible sound from their audio.

Increase Playback Support for Audio and Video Formats: Support twice audio and video format than the Nexus 6 by supporting more playback formats.
