The new ASUS ZenFone 3-series has finally unveiled on Computex 2016 at Taiwan. As hinted last week by ASUS there will be 3 variants of ASUS ZenFone 3 which confirmed now; ASUS ZenFone 3, ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe & ASUS ZenFone 3 Ultra.

ASUS ZenFone 3 (ZE552KL)

ASUS ZenFone 3 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Super IPS+ display features 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on front and rear sandwiching metal frame in between.

The device powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Quad-core processor with storage variants of 3GB or 4GB of RAM. It get an onboard storage of 32GB on 3GB variant model and 64GB on 4GB variants. Expandable storage made available through microSD card slot that support up to 128GB.

Cameras wise it packed with 16 megapixel f/2.0 ASUS PixelMaster 3.0 using SONY IMX298 sensor that features TriTech AutoFocus (PDAF, Laser & Contrast AF) It also has OIS (4-axis) and as well EIS (3-axis)

As for the selfie camera, it get an 8 megapixel wide angle lens with f/2.0 aperture. To keep the lights on, it packed with 3,000 mAh battery. ZenFone 3 also get Type-C USB 2.0, BlueTooth 4.2, Dual-band 802.11ac WiFi and LTE Cat 6.

It comes with 4 colors options; Simmer Gold, Aqua Blue, Sapphire Black & Moonlight White

ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe (ZS570KL)

From the name you will know this gonna be the flagship ASUS ZenFone this year. This is ASUS’s first smartphone to sport an AMOLED display. It sports a 5.7-inch Full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

Because it’s a flagship, it also powered with this year flagship processor; Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and mated with humongous 6GB of RAM. It comes with 3 options of onboard storage; 64GB, 128Gb and 256GB with UFS 2.0. microSD card slot is also available that support up to 128GB.

New camera has been introduced; 23 megapixel f/2.0 ASUS PixelMaster 3.0 with SONY IMX318 sensor. It also features TriTech AutoFocus technology (PDAF, Laser & Contrast AF) It also has OIS (4-axis) and as well EIS (3-axis)

It get the same front selfie camera like standard ASUS ZenFone 3, 8 megapixel wide angle lens with f/2.0 aperture.

A 3,000 mAh battery is packed in the device and support Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 via USB Type-C 3.0.

It get 3 colors options; Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver and Sand Gold

ASUS ZenFone 3 Ultra (ZU680KL)

This is a large phablet that feature 6.8-inch Full HD IPS display. It protected with the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

Basically it has similar specification with the ASUS ZenFone 3 with larger display, newer camera and bigger battery pack. It powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 Octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM. It comes with either 64GB or 128GB onboard storage with microSD card slot on the second SIM slot.

It feature the same camera like the ZenFone 3 Deluxe, 23 megapixel SONY IMX318 sensor rear camera and an 8 megapixel front facing camera. Due to it larger screen display, it packed with a 4,600 mAh battery and support Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0

All the new ASUS ZenFone 3-series feature 360-degree fingerprint sensor and runs on the latest ASUS ZenUI  3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

3 colors options made available; Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver and Rose Pink.

All 3 new ZenFone 3 will be made available around August this year and priced as below;
