Celcom FIRST Basic 38 postpaid plan which launched on 23rd April 2015 will be discontinue in another 2 weeks time, 16th of July 2015.

This is one of the favorite postpaid plan that offers 3GB internet data + 3GB WiFi and bundled free 50 minutes talktime and 50 SMS. It also allows unused internet data to carry forward next month.

Since the launch of this plan, others Telco has actually reacted and involved in providing much more cheaper postpaid plan example: DiGi SmartPlan 50 with 3GB of data + 100 minutes calls and 100 SMS for just only RM36/month. Two days ago, U Mobile also introduced new U28 plan that also offers 3GB of data + 50 minutes calls and 100 SMS for just only RM28/month.
