The first Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 powered device coming to Malaysia is the Black Shark 2, a sub-company by Xiaomi.

This was confirmed by Mobile 2 Go, a famous smartphone reseller in Malaysia. There will be two variants of Black Shark 2; 12GB RAM + 256GB onboard storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage.

The Black Shark 2 comes with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner and sporting dual-rear camera setup; 48-megapixels + 12-megapixels camera. As for the front camera is a 20-megapixels selfie shooter. Fueling the device is a 4,000 mAh battery that supports up to 27W fast charging through USB Type-C.

It’s available for pre-order now and you will receive the device on the 2nd April 2019. It priced at RM 2,499 and RM 2,999 respectively.
