Today, ASUS Malaysia announced four new ASUS Zenbook 2022 lineups, including an exclusive special edition ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition, commemorating the first ASUS laptop sent into outer space.

ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition

25th years ago, the ASUS P6300 laptop sent more than 600 days in orbit on the famous Mir space station, the first continuously inhabited long-term research station in space. Mir faced power outages and fires, fortunately, the laptop lasted the entire mission without defect.

The Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition is designed to commemorate the past and continue exploring beyond the limits, and go in search of incredible.

Featuring unique space-themed design details from the lid, palm-rest, keyboard and finished in a special Zero-G Titanium color.

Additionally, the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space is equipped with an exclusive futuristic ZenVision smart display, a 3.5-inch OLED companion display mounted externally on the lid. It can be customized to display messages, themes, and animations.

ASUS didn’t stop there, it is built to withstand the rigors of space travel, where the Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition complies with the US Space Systems Command Standard SMC-S-016A testing protocols, so it is capable of withstanding extreme vibration which is 4 times more than the standard Military Grade durability.

Powered by up to Intel 12th Gen Core i7 H-series processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, a PCI4 4.0 x4 SSD, and Wi-Fi 6E.

Sporting a 14-inch 16:10 display ratio with a 2.8K 90Hz OLED touch display. The panel is PANTONE Validated, DisplayHDR True Black 500-certified, 100% DCI-P3 gamut, and TUV Rheinland-certified eye care.

ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED

ASUS has upgraded its dual-screen creator laptop with the world’s first 14.5-inch 2.8K 120Hz OLED main display and features a bigger and brighter next-gen 12.7-inch ScreenPad Plus secondary touch display.

The thin and light Zenbook 14 OLED is a powerful laptop that is also Intel Evo-certified. Introduces two bold new designs and color options; Aqua Celadon and Ponder Blue. It’s a Kintsugi-inspired design based on traditional Japanese craftmanship incorporating ASUS’ new monogram logo adorns the lid.
