ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced the ROG Flow X13, the first 2-in-1 convertible ROG gaming laptop alongside with the ROG XG Mobile which is an ultraportable external gaming GPU.
The Flow X13 has a convertible design with a 360-degree hinge that allows users to use different modes for different tasks. It’s optimal for gaming and as well as productivity multitasking. The 13.4-inch WQUXGA/WUXGA is compatible active stylus like the ASUS Pen.
Under the hood is up to AMD Ryzen 9 5980HS Mobile Processor and coupled with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6 VRAM laptop GPU. There are 2x USB C 3.2 Gen2 that supports DisplayPort 1.4 and PD charging, 1x ROG XG Mobile Interface, the usual USB A 3.2 Gen2, audio combo port and HDMI 2.0.
The ROG Flow X13 is equipped with 62Wh battery and only weighs at 1.3kg.
Coming to the ROG XG Mobile, it comes with two laptop graphics card options; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 VRAM and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 16GB GDDR6 VRAM.
The external graphic card also features multi-port hub, which has 4x USB A 3.2 Type1, full-sized SD card slot, a Gigabit Ethernet port, DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0a. It has an integrated 280W power adapter, so you don’t need to carry a separate power brick.
