ASUS Malaysia has finally launched theirs second generation ASUS ROG Phone.

The ASUS ROG Phone 2 is the world’s first smartphone to equipped Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ and also ranked number 1 on AnTuTu for the past 2 months.

There are two variants; Elite Edition and Ultimate Edition with configuration of 12GB of RAM + 512GB UFS 3.0 and 12GB of RAM + 1TB UFS 3.0 respectively.

It has one of the most colour accurate AMOLED display panel with the size of 6.59-inch. The display also features the highest refresh rate at 120Hz and 240Hz touch sampling response.

The ASUS ROG Phone is designed for mobile gaming thus there are a lot design elements are based on landscape use. For instant there are 2 ultrasonic buttons on top side and an additional USB port at the bottom for AeroActive Cooler II that not only give cooling also extra USB port for charging and 3.5mm audio jack.

Battery wise, it packed with a whopping 6,000 mAh battery that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 and bundled with ROG HyperCharge 30W.

Lastly camera department is dual camera setup; 48-megapixels SONY IMX586 plus an ultra-wide 13-megapixels camera sensor. The 24-megapixels front camera that doesn’t only take selfie, it’s a capable live-streaming camera.

The ASUS ROG Phone Elite Edition (12GB+512GB) is going for RM 3,499 where the Ultimate Edition (12GB+1TB) is priced at RM 4,499.

There’s also a complete bundle ASUS ROG Phone 2 Super Pack that will be made exclusively on Lazada Malaysia is priced at RM 6,999. It consists of the ASUS ROG Phone 2 Elite Edition, Lighting Amor Case, ROG Kunai GamePad, Mobile Desktop Dock, Wigig Display Dock Plus, ROG Phone Bag and ROG Suitcase.
