ASUS Malaysia is now offering warranty extension for additional 30 days during the MCO period. The applicable to those ASUS products that warranty expires during the pandemic outbreak.

The reason behind is pretty simple as users are unable to send their warranty claims during the MCO started on 18th of March 2020. This is unfair to any ASUS owners and ASUS decided to offers the additional 30 days upon the MCO uplifted.

This is a good example of any product brands to honour the warranty of their products. Kudos to ASUS Malaysia! We do expect more brands to follow suit in coming days as the MCO extension which was supposed to be 28th April 2020 is yet to be confirmed or further to extend.
