The latest AnTuTu’s benchmark score for best performance smartphone has unveiled. The data source is from 1st of May to 31st of May 2016 with at least 2,000 data sample collected for each device’s average score.

Top 5 are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 where the top 3 configured with 6GB of RAM. Not to surprise to see the top 4 were Chinese smartphone makers follow by Samsung and Apple.

These comparison show that the extra 2GB of RAM is not that significant over of the 4GB models like the Xiaomi Mi 5 and Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. Still AnTuTu calculation score is based on CPU performance and GPU performance, both greater important than the the amount of RAM.
