You may have heard Alcatel Flash and yes it’s the same company. The “Flash” was introduced as a new individual brand under TCL Communication starting May 2016. Similar to Huawei and Honor.

The Flash Plus 2 is the first device under “Flash” branding and offers an interesting smartphone with great price point.

The Flash Plus 2 being offered a 5.5-inch Full HD Display and powered with MediaTek Helio P10 processor. It get a 2GB of RAM with 16GB onboard storage. Dedicated microSD card slot are made available and supports up to 128GB.

It has a front 360 fingerprint sensor that able to unlock your smartphone in second. The fingerprint sensor does not limit to unlock phone, it also support folder lock. Flash Plus 2 also support Dual 4G SIM and Dual standby.

It get a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera with soft LED flash for better selfie photo-taking. It will be running on stock Android 6.0 Marshmallow user interface with less bloatware.

To keep the lights on, a 3,000 mAh battery is packed in Flash Plus 2 and support Flash Charge. The 9V quick charger is bundled along with the device.

The device also get a dedicated audio chipset, AKM4375 provide advanced audio experience

Flash Plus 2 is available for pre-order today through Lazada Malaysia with the price of RM 599 and delivery start on 1st June 2016. It comes with 2 colours Venus Gold and Luna Silver.

There are a higher spec 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage retailing at extra RM 130 (RM 729), but the device will not be available till July.
