At COMPUTEX 2025, PNY celebrated its 40th anniversary in style, unveiling a mix of bold design concepts and practical product updates that drew major attention on the show floor.

One of the biggest highlights was PNY’s display of chrome-plated RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 with ARGB and a more stealth chrome-plated RTX 5070Ti graphics cards. These eye-catching, limited-edition models featured a reflective chrome finish across the shroud, heatsink, and backplate, creating a mirror-like effect that turned heads. Although these cards were built purely for exhibition purposes, PNY hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a future release.

While the chrome GPUs were showstoppers, PNY also introduced a more accessible addition to its lineup with new RTX 5060 graphics cards, designed to fit a wide range of system builds and offer solid performance for mainstream users.

For those who enjoy bold aesthetics, the company revealed the RTX 5060 Epic-X edition, which comes equipped with a triple-fan cooler and RGB lighting that covers the full color spectrum. This version is aimed at gamers and builders who want both performance and style.

PNY also entered the microSD Express market, showcasing its first card built for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. While still in early stages, the card is designed to offer faster data transfer and better performance for next-gen portable gaming.
PNY’s COMPUTEX 2025 presence successfully blended celebration with innovation, showing off both its legacy and its forward-looking approach to gaming and storage technology.
